Total Cost of the Holiday or Visit:
Do consult the travel agent regarding their refund policy. An unforeseen event may lead to cancellation of your trip or holiday. If this happens, it always helps if you can get the money back.

Traveling with Family: If you are traveling to Saudi Arabia with spouse and children, the travel insurance must cover them. Therefore, it always helps to be informed before starting your journey and buy the right travel insurance package.

Salam I am writing to request a clarification. While attempting to do an online application for my family I keep getting OTP error message. When I select send option I still do not get any text message. I will appreciate an explanation regarding this issue and how to resolve it. Are visa applications on hold or this issue is on my side or a system error? Thank you in advance for your consideration.
