1. Applicant Registration

This is the first step of the Saudi Arabia eVisa application process. The system collects essential applicant contact and travel information to generate a temporary order ID. These details are used to identify the applicant and manage communication for updates and notifications throughout the application process.

After submission, the applicant is directed to the main application form.

2. Fill out the Main Application Form

3. Manage Applicants and Select Processing Time

This step provides enhanced flexibility, allowing applicants to add multiple travellers within a single submission and select their preferred processing option.

• Multiple Travellers Supported
  Use the “Add Applicant” option to include up to 10 applicants in a single submission. The primary applicant will receive all the status updates at his registered email ID; the approved eVisas will be issued for each added applicant.
• Flexible Processing Options
  The “Normal Processing” option is selected by default. Choose “Rush” or “Super Rush” processing for expedited processing as per your travel needs.
• Save and Resume Anytime
  Applicants may save the application at any point and resume it later using the temporary order ID by using the Resume Saudi Arabia eVisa Application feature, allowing the process to be completed at their convenience.

4. Information Check

Applicants can review their complete application details at this point. If any information needs to be changed, update it here before moving forward. Once confirmed, the application moves ahead to the document submission stage.

5. Upload Required Documents

After reviewing your application, proceed to the document upload stage. The list of required documents will be displayed on your screen.

6. Application Processing Fee Payment

After document submission, applicants are directed to the payment stage, where all details of the Saudi Arabia eVisa Fee are displayed for review. Any permitted changes to the processing option must be made before completing payment.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card (international transactions enabled) or cryptocurrency, with additional options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay available based on region.

Once payment is successfully approved using an available payment method, the application moves into the processing queue.

7. Tracking and Approval

Applicants can monitor their application progress using the Saudi Arabia eVisa Application Status tool by entering their order ID number. Submitted information and documents undergo careful review, and the processing option selected determines the review priority.

Upon approval, the eVisa is issued electronically and delivered via email.
